Program Overview

Building on water comfort, students begin developing freestyle and backstroke foundations with proper breathing techniques.

What You'll Learn

  • Freestyle Basics - Arm and leg coordination for efficient front crawl technique
  • Backstroke Foundation - Proper body positioning and basic backstroke movements
  • Breathing Technique - Rhythmic breathing patterns for continuous swimming
  • Water Independence - Swimming short distances without instructor support
  • Stroke Timing - Coordinating arms and legs for smooth swimming
  • Endurance Building - Gradually increasing swimming distances

Class Information

  • Duration: 30 minutes
  • Instructor Ratio: 1:2 instructor ratio
  • Age Group: Ages 4-7 years
  • Prerequisites: Completion of Level 1 or equivalent water comfort
